Returns and Refunds

Final Sale:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted only if reported within 72 hours of delivery.

You must provide the original proof of purchase receipt emailed at the time of purchase.

Share proof (pictures or videos) of defects or issues via WhatsApp to support your return claim.

Conditions for Exchange:

Exchanges are only available in the following cases:

Incorrect size delivered (excluding customized products).

Defective, damaged, or incomplete products.

Incorrect product delivered.

Sale items are not exchangeable unless the incorrect product was sent.

Ineligible Returns/Exchanges:

Products are not eligible for return or exchange for the following reasons:

Change of mind or deciding the item is no longer needed.

Cancellation unrelated to a technical issue.

Dislike after opening the package.

Products purchased with special discounts as a favor.

Custom-sized outfits or bridal wear/formal attire.

Violation of care instructions, tampered, or damaged items.

International Orders:

Customers must pay duties or taxes as required by their country.

Orders uncollected from shipping agencies due to unpaid duties are non-refundable.

Return labels cannot be provided for international clients; items must be sent via a courier recommended by our team.

Procedure for Returns and Exchanges:

Initiate your request through our official WhatsApp number. Provide the following:

Your order number, name, email address, and phone number.

Clear pictures or videos supporting your claim.

Our customer care team will evaluate your request and respond if the claim is deemed valid.

Shipping Costs:

Customers bear the shipping cost for returns or exchanges.

Return Address:

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer care team via WhatsApp.

Returns sent to incorrect addresses will not be processed.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed only for the item price, excluding shipping costs.

Refund processing time: 8–12 business days after receipt and inspection of the item.

Refunds are only valid after the returned item is received and verified at the correct address.

Disputes and Chargebacks:

Disputes/chargebacks are valid only if complaints are registered via WhatsApp with supporting evidence.

Refund requests cannot proceed without the return of the item.

Acknowledgement Clause:

Once an order is acknowledged via WhatsApp, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Additional Policies

Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 4 weeks.

Address Changes: Address change requests are not accommodated after an order is placed.

Custom Orders: Customers ordering bridal or formal wear may request pre-dispatch pictures but cannot request refunds or exchanges.
